We believe that technical development divorced from commercial objectives cannot deliver great results

Too often development is focused on far-off goals or abstract metrics. We believe sharing progress early and often helps us stay on track and gives you more control, so our processses are organised around showing tangible results, like roadmaps and prototypes, at each stage.

The development lifecycle

Stage 1: Define commercial goals

Defined commercial goals make sure that everyone is working towards the same outcome, and all the little decisions along the way that can't be spec'ed are made with the right goals in mind.

Sometimes you'll have this articulated already, but when it's not in place we run a Roadmap Workshop to draw out business objectives, timelines, and resources.

Stage 2: Create a Roadmap

A Roadmap is a timeline that tells the business when to expect things, taking into account your resources and objectives. Our Roadmap Workshop can help you produce a beautiful timeline ready to share with your exec team.

Stage 3: Produce a prototype

A prototype gives you a chance to see how what you build is used in the real world, to show something concrete to the business rather than just describing it. The first prototype can usually be produced in under a month.

Stage 4: Production release

Now that the prototype has shown us where our initial assumptions were incorrect, we accelerate towards the first production release and handover to your internal team.

Let's organise a call to see how we can help you reach your goals
